Lovely portrait.
The only thing I would change about it is to do some post-processing and lighten the atmosphere of the photo, as right now, it looks quite dark and foreboding and may be contradictory to the feelings of the "Express yourself" that you want your viewers to get.
The colors are very nice and bold but, like I said, it might help give a more positive feeling if you added a bit more yellow to a hue/saturation adjustment to lighten the mood.
Just a suggestion, so you don't have to do it. But I thought you might like to hear a bit of constructive criticism.
